
Vinyasa: Ashtanga method of yoga involves breath work with a progressive series of postures producing interanl heat & purifying sweat the detoxifies the muscles & organs. Yogis with at least 6 months of practice recommended.
Gentle: Basic hatha postures in a practice that focuses more on relaxation & slowing down. All levels; ideal for beginners.
YIN: a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time— 3-5 minutes per pose is typical. Targets connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.
