Silvia Johnson, 500RYT    

Silvia found a passion for yoga several years ago and        after years of a faithful practice, she felt the draw to               teach her passion.  She completed her 200hr training           with Glenmore Yoga in 2014 and  500hr Rolf Gates               Online Teacher Training Vinyasa Training in 2016.                  She is registered with Yoga Alliance® as a 200RYT.

Rorie McGowan, 200hr TT

Rorie was first introduced to yoga by her father     about 20 years ago.  Ever since, she has been          drawn to the physical, mental & spiritual       awareness that it offers.  In 2005, she completed         her 200 hour teacher training through Glenmore   Yoga. She also has a YoKids and a 12 hour & 50 hr  YIN Yoga certification.  She is also a Reiki Level I Practioner. 



      Belinda Todd, 200RYT              

Belinda began a love for yoga in the late 1970s, practic-          ing on & off with teachers in Atlanta & Los Angeles.  She      began to deepen her pracitce when she became a student      of Nora Pozzi, Director of Integral Yoga Center of     Richmond.  Thus began the training that led to her certification in April of 2016.  Belinda, an ordained                 Baptist minister, enjoys religious studies and the spirit-        ual discipline and practices of Raja Yoga.  It was her              desire to bring the yoga experience to women of all ages       and all body types.  Belinda has a Masters Degrees in             English and Divinity.  She is a writing instructor at                 Virginia State University.
